Our History
For the past 20 years, the business has operated very successfully from its offices at Ashmore Shopping Plaza in Cotlew St Ashmore. Originally trading as Ashmore Realty First National, founders Joe & Elizabeth Green cut ties with the national group in 2003 to create an exciting boutique agency. They launched Gold Coast Homes that same year. Over the next six years Gold Coast Homes became a dominant force in real estate excellence in Ashmore and beyond.
In May 2009, Trevor Griesbach, a Gold Coast Homes Sales Consultant for 14 years, and colleague Robyn Delos stepped up from their roles as very successful sales agents to their new positions as Directors of Gold Coast Homes Ashmore. Trevor and Robyn are committed to continuing the high standards of service and property management set by Joe & Elizabeth Green that ensured the growth and success of Gold Coast Homes over the years by strong referral and repeat business. The key to providing this is a stable core of long serving team members with experience, knowledge of the legislation and property management systems and the continuity of relationships with property owners and their tenants.
